Professional & Personal Background
Esmeralda began working for the FCP Education Department as the Youth Behavior Interventionist in February 2020. She works closely with the local school districts and assists in the implementation of behavior plans and IEP’s. She will provide resources and support for students needing to improve behavioral, social, and spiritual functioning. Esmeralda has worked as a Social Worker for the Oneida Department of Social Services, Medical Social Worker Intern for Aspirus Medford Hospital, as Parent Aide and Child Appointed Special Advocate for Child and Parent Services, Community Support Specialist for Klamath Basin Behavioral Health, and as an Instructional Aide for Oregon Child Development Coalition.
Esmeralda enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys traveling, hiking, meeting new people, and learning new things. She enjoys visiting family and friends in Oregon every chance she gets.
